- Q: How much do you charge for a site or project on average?
- A: It really depends on the project we are doing and what someone needs out of their site. But on average our web pages have been right around five to six hundred dollars for the whole project. However there have been more recently smaller projects some at almost half that, and obviously some larger ones at more. It just really depends on the project that is why we offer free quotes for your project. you can request one at our Contact Us section here.
- Q: What is the turnaround time table for a site or project on average?
- A: We offer two timetables for our web site projects. Our first is our normal priority we offer a “Guaranteed 60 Day Turnaround”. And for a fee we offer Urgent Priority on projects with a “Guaranteed 45 Day Turnaround”. For details and limitations please see Section 3 in our Terms of Service.
- Q: What if i want a webpage but currently do not have the money to get one but feel it would help turn things around?
- A: We offer payment plans for our projects that can be negotiated per client per job basis. However we do still require a deposit on all projects. See our Terms and conditions they can be found on our ToS here for more details.
- Q: What do i do if something goes wrong with my site?
- A: Send us an E-mail through the support option under the Contact Us page to let us know about any issues. We will evaluate the problem for free and if the issue is something PSF Web did PSF Web will patch the work for free. If the issue lies with users, administration errors, or 3rd-party involvement the work will be chargeable. We will always send an E-mail to confirm permission to work on any project that requires compensation before starting.
